This is an OFFICIAL D.C. Council 1/2 Strip authorized and made by the Washington, D.C. - NCAC National Capital Area Council!
This was officially issued only during the Council's 100th Anniversary Year. The Council formed in 1910-1911 and was the Washington, D.C. Council until 1913. It then became the District of Columbia Council until 1937 when it became NCAC. This patch was not issued at that time - this is the
100th Anniversary
issue of the Washington, D.C. city strip issued only the Anniversary week events and quickly sold out! This is an official issue and can be worn.

We are not expert of military, scouting or Red Cross items so what you may be looking for is not what we see. Please keep that in mind. We will try our hardest to help.
