    Description

    Ammo carrier for cans of shells or actual shells. Carrier made the same style and material of all P37 equipment. Size is 16" x 15" 7" with two pockets that appear rounded on the side away from the body that the carrier would be mounted on. Top and bottom of the carrier is padded where it touches the body. Shoulder harness consists of two shoulder straps with "L" strap fixtures. Both the "L" straps and the carrier are marked M.E.Co 1944 with broad arrow. The 2 cardboard boxes used to demonstrate size measure 5" X 5" and are 18" long. As you can see from the photo, there is still lots of room around the boxes. The bottom of the carrier is open as you can see in the photo. Web straps secure the contents from falling out. Very unusual piece of equipment and memorabilia.
