Antique 1899 Hicks & Dickey Philadelphia / Hartman's Steel Fence & Gates Catalog

Description

This is an original 1899 illustrated catalog from Hicks & Dickey, Philadelphia, PA. They were selling agents for the Hartman's patent steel fence, gates, tree guards, and wire door mats. The catalog measures 3-3/8" x 6.25" with 18 pages. Almost every page has an illustration of a product with the specs and prices.
Some of the items pictured are spear top wire fence, painted spear top fence, single walk gates, double drive gates, automatic drive gate, Hartman automatic drive gate, steel farm / barb wire post, standard lined post, gate and corner posts, steel hitching posts, Hartman patent steel picket tree guards, and Hartman flexible wire mats. There are also directions for erecting steel picket gate. On page 15, it looks like you can even buy the spear top fence and gate dealer salesman's sample for .50.
Overall condition is very nice. There is a stain on the cover that goes through most of the pages on the bottom section.
