It says "Cavalcade of Scouting  June 3rd - June 4th Passaic Armory- Scouting is Fun -- See How it's Done." Made out of thick card stock. Great for framing.
    Measures 14" W x 20" H.
    Condition: Corners and edges worn. Protected in plastic.  Many creases at middle of poster with many places that have scratches. Some dark worn color on the bottom blue section.
