Alloy Artifacts has the History of this company, but, briefly, Alphonse Plomb started the PLOMB TOOL CO, a disagreement caused him to leave. He started the A. PLOMB company, it was sold and became California Tool Co. By 1960 it had become a major Tool Distributor of many tool brands - This catalog is from that time period. This was the only catalog I was able to get from Calif Tool Co and confirmed the "CT" logo as theirs.
Large (430 pages, 8 1/2 x 11 inch) format that lists just about any tool you can imagine from popular tool companies of that time period. If you collect - or are interested in tools of this era, a great referance. If nothing else, it is a great trip down "Memory Lane" when there was a tool, made in America, for just about any situation you could imagine. This also includes a 70 page Price List for this catalog. Catalog has a Soft cover, a rare catalog and price list in very good condition
