This Celtic War Sword (31" in overall length), with a stainless Steel Blade is not a  combat sword. It is not meant for battle actions such as striking another sword.
The Anthropomorphic Celtic One-Handed sword is a based on a sword type that has roots that extend back into the 1st century AD. Carried by some of the most feared warriors of the Ancient European peoples, these quick and lithe blades would leave a path of destruction where ever they were used. The cross tree and pommel bar are shaped like the hands and legs of a warrior.
