The shower will be shipped disassembled and packed into 4 boxes.
We ship the product via fully insured ground UPS freight service. The shipping cost we charge covers only the standard “curb” delivery to the 48 continental US states. Inside delivery is not included in the standard shipping.
If you live in remote areas, an overseas military base, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, call to obtain the actual shipping cost prior to bidding.
If you live on a narrow street, in a historic area, etc.  please let us know ahead.
Anything lost or damaged during the delivery is covered by the freight insurance, not by the warranty. You are responsible for inspecting the shipment at the time of delivery. The damages (if any) must be noted on the delivery slip.
Warranty covers all the defects and failures, but does not cover physical/chemical damages, repair or installation labor costs, flood damage, personal injuries, etc.. We do not send technicians; we only provide parts and technical support over the phone.
Attention Canadian Bidders-
The shipping/freight charge does not include customs duties, brokerage fees, Canadian taxes, or any other fees related to customs or Canadian law. You are responsible for contacting UPS freight brokerage and paying all of the necessary fees
and taxes.
Returns and Exchanges.
If the product was damaged on delivery, or the wrong product was sent, we will either send a replacement or refund your money.
If there is nothing wrong with the product, but you changed your mind, we will accept the return within 14 days after the delivery, but we will charge a restocking fee of up to 20%, and both the original and return shipping costs. All return shipments must be properly packed and insured.
