Recent estate fine. I'm selling for parts of repair because I'm not 100% sure on its functionality. I plug the item in and it seemed to turn on. When I spend the flywheel the meter reads the speed. Besides that I have no clue if it's functioning. The charger has been zip tied together. There is rust on the item. Sold as is for parts of repair. Thank you
