Has dirt, some discoloration, spotty staining, and some scratches. It is approx. 9 pages and inside cover page folds out. Item appears to have no wrinkling to it. Staple binding does have some rust to it. Item was acquired from a local estate. It is AS FOUND/AS IS!! It has not been cleaned! What you see is what you get.
